Abhyanga Massage
A well-being massage with Sesame and/or Coconut oil in summer.
The parts massaged : in prone position to massage the back, legs, feet,
then in supine position to again massage the feet, legs, stomach, arms, hands, face and head.
This traditional and centuries-old massage comes from India,
it is also found in Sri Lanka and Burma.
It allows you to relax deeply, (action on the Doshas and Chakras)
to release nervous, muscular and possibly emotional tensions.
Finally, it harmonizes the circulation of energy (prana) through the body,
while detoxifying it, through its action on the digestive system.
The massage is followed by a rest period, accompanied by an Ayurvedic drink.

Foot Massage with Kansu Bowl(s)
A well-being massage, only on the feet,
it is done manually with a Kansu bowl made of 5 different metals
and clarified butter. It improves eye health, it acts on the entire body, passing through all the plantar reflexology points. It calms anger and soothes insomnia.
15 min per foot.

​Specific Facial Beauty Massage
Created by wellness gardeners,
it is a fusion between Ayurveda, Japanese massage
and the acupuncture points of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
It is done using my hands, Gua Sha, Rollers,
stones, heat, cold, oil and energetic work on the Meridians.
It relaxes the entire face, muscles, fascia and firms the skin.

Sound Travel Massage
Lying on a massage table, you receive the sounds but also the vibrations directly into the body, thanks to our bowls, Gongs and our numerous musical instruments*, allowing you to balance, harmonize and relax your body and your mind.
Bowls of different frequencies are placed on each of your chakras and on the body.
Then a sound and vibration massage of the whole body is carried out thanks to the sliding of a specific bowl. You are also immersed in a permanent sound ambiance accompanying this journey.

This massage/trip, without oil, is received dressed, (or covered) we ask you to wear soft clothing, remove all jewelry, rings, necklaces, anything metallic, in order to facilitate the passage and vibration of the bowls. Finally, your return will be smooth with a hot drink.

 

The Ritual Journey - Native American
Created by Les Jardiniers du bien-être,
It begins with the drawing of a shamanic oracle,
then lying on a massage table (with heated mattress in winter),
of an anchor at the Tambour.
The invitation to the Body Journey is done by performing several manual skills on the entire body, in dorsal decubitus and ventral decubitus.
All its crafts, inspired by Native American Cosmology, are performed to the rhythm of rhythmic Native American music, inviting you on a spiritual journey.
Finally, your return will be smooth with a hot drink and a final oracle.

in a well-heated room, for more relaxation :-)
You are in your underwear and covered by towels or blankets,
that we move according to the parts of the body worked.
Only the sound journey is carried out dressed in soft and comfortable clothing.

for all trips and all massages, without jewelry, without earrings, without necklaces, without rings, without watches...

Massages can be received outside in summer, at the edge of your swimming pool, in our garden,
with a view of the lavender fields (end of June) or near the forest :-)
